The power exercise had through my healing journey, was not what it did for my body. But the transformation it had on my mind and my soul.

Exercise has been proven to provide mental and health benefits when grieving. I know it played a huge role in my grief journey when it came to coping and finding a sense of control in my life again. It was also a healthy distraction from my grief, which is something every griever needs. There is such healing power to exercise which is why I put this page together so you could give it a try and see what it feels like for you in your grief.

FIRE & FLOW — was created specifically to take the stress and frustration out of getting healthy and fit. For just 25–30 minutes a day, six days a week, you’ll alternate between Jericho’s FIRE workouts and Elise’s FLOW sessions.

This allows you to go hard, but at the same time have plenty of time to help you recover and rejuvenate. Jericho and Elise want you to work out, not burn out.

FIRE & FLOW is designed to work for any fitness level. On-screen you’ll see a modifier who displays the version of each move, and an intensifier who displays the more intense version of each move, which helps you push past stubborn workout plateaus.
